Career Guidance and Problems of Formation of Personnel Capacity of the Industrial Enterprises in the Conditions of the Monotown (on the example of JSC Ural Design Bureau “Detal†)

Abstract:
The modern economy imposes new requirements to separate processes in society. Viability of Russia in significant degree depends on astate and extent of social and economic development of territories of special type - monotowns. Outflow of the population from monotowns is connected not only with attractive lines of the accepting territories, but also with existence of the pushing-out factors, basic of which, crisis of production of the city-forming enterprise is. The whole complex of the reasons causes crisis of production at the Russian city-forming enterprises: low competitiveness of production, wear of the equipment, high costs of production and others. Result of outflow of able-bodied population and “leakage of minds†is the most acute modern issue of monotowns - the shortage of qualified specialists braking getting out of economy of monotowns of crisis state. In this work, we will consider problems of formation of personnel capacity of the industrial enterprises in monotowns of Sverdlovsk region and Russia in general. We will analyze problems of career guidance of citizens with problems of the Russian labor market within the city of Kamensk-Uralsky and Sverdlovsk region in general. We will offer solutions of problems of formation of personnel capacity of the industrial enterprises of the city of Kamensk-Uralsky on the basis of JSC Ural Design Bureau “Detal†.
