Abstract: The article is devoted to review of the fifth St. Petersburg International Economic Congress that was held on April 3, 2019. The topical issues of modern technological transformations, the economic development of Russia and a number of other subjects were discussed in the Congress. Participants have proposed not only new theoretical ideas, but also concrete measures of economic policy that can be implemented in practice.
