Study on the Problems and Countermeasure in the Animal Products Quality and Safety

Abstract: As the supply chain of animal products is long, there are many factors which would influence the quality safety of animal production. Therefore, by focusing on the present and having a vision for future, Jiaozuo government promulgated Ten Polices on the Food Safety in Jiaozuo City, which pushed forward the technological development, intensified measures to monitor the quality of animal products, set up a series of mechanism, and provided reference for the food quality and safety monitoring.
