Abstract: Agricultural crisis theory of Marx and Engels is an indispensable important component in Marx economic crisis theory system. In the process of China market economy quickly developing, although comprehensive agricultural crisis does not appear, agricultural crisis sign has appeared. Therefore, it has very important theoretic value and actual significance to learn and study agricultural crisis theory of Marx and Engels.
