Abstract:
Fusarium wilt seriously affects the yield and quality of M. charantia L. Breeding resistant varieties is the most economical and effective measure to control Fusarium wilt in M. charantia L. This study had comprehensively conducted pathogen identification of Fusarium wilt, resistance evaluation of M. charantia L. germplasm to Fusarium wilt, and genetic analysis of Fusarium wilt resistance in M. charantia L., so as to provide reference for breeding resistant varieties and accelerating the breeding process.
