Abstract:
This paper introduced the grape industry in Xinjiang and its agricultural intellectual property resources, and analyzed six major problems such as the ineffective leading role of intellectual property rights in high-quality development. Finally, it proposed eight strategies to build a national-level regional fine-grain breeding base for grapes and develop “agricultural chips” in the context of the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property and innovation-driven development strategy.
