L'agriculture comme marché industriel: enjeux et stratégies
Jean-Louis Rastoin
Économie rurale, 1991, vol. 201
Abstract:
In the industrialized countries, agriculture has become an important market for the agro-supplying firms. In the 90' s, this market should follow a real mutation due to technical evolutions (bio-technologies and agrionic), intersified by the agricultural politics' new positionning. As a consequence, the firms in this sector will have to accelerate their restructuration.
