Abstract: This paper analyses different scenarios of dairy policy reform in the European Union using a dairy spatial equilibrium model. It focuses on scenarios combining trade liberalization and changes or abolishment of the milk quota system. This study gives some insights for the design of dairy policy reforms in the EU.
