A magyar tejtermelő telepek munka és termőföld termelékenységének elemzése és nemzetközi összehasonlítása

Abstract: A vizsgálatok eredményei megmutatták, hogy a magyar telepek fajlagos termelése, termőföld és munkatermelékenysége elmarad a az EDF és a kelet-német átlagtól. A termelékenységet a termőföld és az élőmunka esetében mindenképpen növelni kell, amely a termelésben lekötött munka és föld mennyiségének csökkentésével érhető el. A munka és a termőföld költsége a jövőben mindenképpen növekedni fog, és a termelőknek a jövedelmező termelés érdekében a tényező-szerkezet optimalizálását kell a tényezőköltségek viszonylatában végrehajtani. Ennek kivitelezéséhez mindenképpen vizsgálni kell a tényezők kvalitatív tulajdonságait is, mert kizárólag számszerűsíthető információk birtokában az optimalizálást nem lehet hatékonyan végrehajtani. -------------- Our investigations indicated that the specific efficiency of Hungarian farms, their operational and land utilization efficiency lag behind that of EDF and East Germany. In cases of land and work force, efficiency needs to be increased under any circumstances that can be achieved by reducing the workforce involved in production and the quantity of cultivated land. The costs of work and arable land will increase in the future and producers in the interest of increased income need to optimize the structures and costs of various factors. To achieve the objectives the characteristics of these factors need to be studied, because optimization cannot be effectively achieved on the basis of numerical information alone
