A zöldségtárolás ökonómiai vonatkozásai

Abstract: A zöldség-gyümölcs és burgonya ágazat kiemelt figyelmet igényel, mert ezen a területen nincsen kvóta az EU-ban. Kellő beruházással a fenti ágazatok jó pozícióba kerülhetnek a csatlakozás után. Ebben a folyamatban jelentős szerep jut a korszerű hűtőtárolásnak és a hűtőszállításnak. A gazdasági feltételek javításával, a piaci lehetőségek kiaknázásával bővíteni lehetne a termesztés és a forgalmazás szerkezetét. -------------- The vegetable-fruit and potato branches deserve stressed attention because there are no quotas in these fields in the EU. One should grasp the opportunity and with considerable investment the above mentioned branches can get into a good position after joining to the EU. In this process modem cold storage and transport will play an important role. The structure of growing and distribution could be expanded by improving the economic conditions of exploiting the market opportunities.
