Vidékfejlesztési támogatások az EU csatlakozás után (2004-2006)

Abstract: Napjaink közérdeklődésre számot tartó kérdése a 2004-2006 közötti időszak vidékfejlesztési támogatása. Az Agrár- és Vidékfejlesztési Operatív Programban előirányzott, kereken 81 Mrd Ft EU-s és 27 Mrd Ft nemzeti támogatás 57,0%-át a versenyképes mezőgazdasági alapanyagok előállítására, 14,0%-át az élelmiszer feldolgozás korszerűsítésére, 26,5%-át vidéki térségek fejlesztésére és 2,5%-át technikai megsegítésre kívánják fordítani. A Nemzeti Vidékfejlesztési Terv intézkedésre az AGENDA 2000 nyomdokain haladva nyolc intézkedésre mintegy 127 Mrd Ft EU és 32 Mrd Ft nemzeti támogatást irányoznak elő. A cikk számot vet a várható hatásokkal is. ------------- One of die most interesting issues of the present is the rural development support during 2004-2006. The support appropriated by die Operatíve Programme of Agricultural and Rural Development amounts to HUF 81 and 27 billion coming from the European Union and domestic resources, respectively. 57 per cent of this money will be allocated for die competitive production of agricultural raw material, 14 per cent for the modernisation of food processing, 26.5 per cent for rural development, and 2.5 per cent for technical aid. The measures of the National Plan of Rural Development follow the AGENDA 2000, and they amount to approximately HUF 127 and 32 billion coming from die European Union and domestic resources, respectively, allocated for die support of the eight measures in ques tion. The effects to be expected are described in the paper as well.
