Abstract:
The pandemic crisis has forced municipalities to respond quickly and implement the sanitary restrictions coming into force, ensuring the epidemiological safety of residents, on the one hand, and to carry out their own and assigned tasks assigned to them in accordance with the law, on the other. Based on our own research, the article discusses the impact of the crisis caused by the announcement of the state of the epidemic on the functioning of municipal government and the perception of its consequences by local authorities.
