Abstract: This article discusses human resources management issues in Bulgarian organizations that are caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and its effects, including restrictive actions taken by the state. The main purpose of the article is to identify the actions taken by Bulgarian organizations in relation to their employees during the crisis and to outline the prospects for the development of human resources management in the post-crisis period. The article uses mainly data from surveys of the National Statistical Institute for the period 2020 - 2021. The research methodology is based on logical analysis and synthesis. The main conclusions from the results of the study presented in the article are related to the fact that a number of anti-crisis actions in the field of human resources management may turned to be useful in the post-crisis period as well.
