CURRENT PROBLEMATIC FIELDS IN MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN BULGARIAN BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract: Business organizations strive for growing contribution of human resources as a result of their activity. In addition, a large part of the management of Bulgarian business organizations do not know and do not use proven theories, approaches, policies, mechanisms and methods connected to the effective management of human resources and their transformation into a lasting and sustainable competitive advantage for organizations. The purpose of this article is to highlight the main problematic fields in management of human resources in Bulgarian business organizations, as well as opportunities to overcome them by conducting expertise and argumentation, development and implementation of project solutions for optimizing the identified problematic areas. The problematic fields mentioned in the article are based on the author's own observations in a number of large business organizations in Bulgaria. The research methodology is based on the identification of problem fields and synthesized presentation of design solutions for their overcoming. The results of the study are related to the ability of organizations to increase their competitiveness through targeted actions related to optimizing human resource management.
