Abstract:
Human resource management (HRM) in organizations is a current topic, connecting the capacity of acquired knowledge, skills and competencies of employees with the factors influencing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. In recent decades, the perceived need to improve work processes has led to the development of innovative HRM practices. In the conditions of the modern economy, the value of human capital becomes a factor of strategic importance, and HRM systems become one of the main drivers of economic growth in all branch organizations. This paper aims to examine the reorientation of the priorities of companies towards the development of innovative practices for identifying competencies, attracting and retaining talents, continuous training and individual approach to the personal qualities of employees. The aim of the author of this article is to analyze innovative approaches to HRM, to understand their advantages and disadvantages and on this basis to offer opportunities for improving management functions.
