Artificial Intelligence for Human Resources Management Software

Abstract:
The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human resource management (HR), focusing on improvements in efficiency, automation and personalization of HR processes. The research used a qualitative approach, including a literature review and empirical analysis of specific cases from different regions. Benefits such as selection optimization, increased engagement and reduced bias were identified, as well as challenges such as cultural resistance, lack of skills and ethical issues. The article recommends a strategic approach to implementing AI to ensure sustainable development and maximize benefits for organizations.
