Abstract: Strategic management is a term which has only recently found its current use in today's managements. It is a type of future oriented, adaptable, innovative, and dynamic management. It characterizes the present changing world which has dominated the phenomena due to the instable, unpredictable and rapid changes both inside and outside environment of organizations. Thus, strategic management is not fixed and unalterable method whereas, it generates methods by itself, teaches work procedures practically, and tests its findings on the basis of unceasing education. It is a process which begins with an attitude aiming to construct the future.
