Обязательства интернет-провайдеров: сопоставление между разными юрисдикциями

Дориан Кирошка

Intellectus, 2016, issue 1, 19-24

Abstract: With the advent of Napster network the dissemination of media files very seriously affected the development of the industry based on the legitimate use of objects of copyright and related rights, and thus forced many governments to design and develop all mechanisms possible to deal effectively with the increasing levels of online piracy. Proceeding from those systems to combat online piracy, which have been developed and applied in different countries, the author identifies two systems, namely the onli-ne piracy counteraction system focused on the demand for the pirated product, and that focused on its offers.
