Татьяна Бодюл and Юлия Кочуро

Intellectus, 2016, issue 1, 47-52

Abstract: The authors explore the stages and features of development of the legislation on trade names in historical terms. Given the fact that the Republic of Moldova declared one of the strategic directions of the foreign policy the integration into the world community, especially the European Union, the priority of the country is currently adapting the Republic of Moldova’s legislation to EU legislation, thus laws adopted by the Moldovan Parliament are harmonized with the current standards of international law that serves as a basis for the protection of right to trade name.
