Abstract:
Currently, Upper Austria is considered to be one of the most modern and com-petitive industrial regions within Europe. And the fact that around one quarter of industrial production and exports in Austria stem from this region due to consequent and tailored support and cooperation of institutional actors like the provincial administration, local administration, chamber of Commerce, Schools and universities as well as the fi nancial sector.
