Features and Advantages of the Customer Relationship Management Approach for Com-panies in the Consumer Services Market

Abstract: Modern CRM system is an integrated platform that maintains a full cycle of interactions with customers. Comprehensive CRM system scheme is proposed, which is suitable for companies in the consumer market. The main components and features of this system are described. Increasing customer satisfaction and order management efficiency, reducing time for information access and for processing calls are principal advantages of CRM implementation.
