Abstract: The Office of Advancement at the University of Calgary is actively dismantling interdepartmental silos, breaking boundaries and enhancing collaboration in order to foster an environment conducive to knowledge exchange. This paper explores how the university's unique, boundary-crossing approach is bolstering creative problem-solving strategies through the use of data and the development of specialised reports.
