Review of Tracking Research on the Cultivation and Development of Strategic Emerging Industries in China

Abstract: In recent years, the development of strategic emerging industries has attracted more and more attention. In this paper, based on the theory of business ecosystem and national innovation system, this paper puts forward the concept of industrial ecosystem. The research results show that, as the primary stage of strategic industries, the lifecycle of strategic; emerging industries underwent the vibrating period because of the impacts of different factors, such as the corresponding stage of each other coordinate the development stage and alternative stage of differentiation; the strategic choices of local government and key enterprise impact on the degree of integration and evolution trends of traditional industries and strategic; emergent industries; the local government in the elimination of backward production capacity of traditional industry, increasing funding for strategy; and building innovation as the link between the two platforms play an important role. Finally, this article proposes corresponding measures and suggestions for the government to encourage and guide technological innovation of China's strategic emerging industrial generic technology development
