Abstract:
Distribution‐free methods in the regression analysis of two variables. This paper gives an expository survey of the distribution‐free methods of A. Wald (1940), G. W. Housner and J. F. Brennan (1948) and H. Theil (1950). A discussion of the efficiency in a simple case is given.
