Abstract:
The present state of the current ecological and land reclamation monitoring has been analyzed and the necessity of improving its theoretical and methodical bases by using the data of remote sensing of the Earth has been proved. The theoretical bases of interchangeability of satellite and ground information, which are based on the consideration of spatial-temporal variability and conditions of functioning of agro-landscapes, have been developed and aimed at achieving the optimal level of information ordering
