The impact of my- corrhizal fungi application methods for soybean stubble productivity

Abstract: Effect of different methods on how to apply associations of arbuskulyar-mycorrhizal fungi (AM) in combination with Ryzobofit (biological agent — Bradyrhizobium japonicum 36) on the functioning of symbioses, productivity and profitability of crop cultivation, product quality were analyzed based on the results of three-year field experiments with soy crop. It was found that soybean inoculation by fungi associations of AM Rhizophagus sp. P3 (under predecessor) and Rhizophagus sp. S5 (with seeds of soybean) are effective to increase the yield by 15,1-15,9 %, oil and phosphorus contents in seeds, soybean profitability to 19,2-20,8 %compared to mono inoculation by nodulating bacteria. Yields for these ways of mycorrhizal inoculum use does not differ significantly from the other investigated ones. For use in environmentally safe agricultural production after winter wheat, it is suggested to apply the association of Rhizophagus sp. P3 with the introduction of under predecessor and the association of Rhizophagus sp. S5 with seeds of soybean stubble by combination of Ryzobofit.
