Abstract: Trust is a communication medium that becomes effective in different system types in the characteristics of personal and systemic trust or mistrust and that can organize social relationships therein. This article presents functions and particulars of trust and mistrust and depicts how trust as a medium can be classified in a communicative relationship. Finally, options for generating trust in organizations arc provided.
