Abstract: Economic organizations operate in environments which are characterized by high levels of competition, uncertainty and flux. Therefore, organizations promote permanent change. However, permanent reorganization questions and impairs established patterns of social expectations between management and employees, thereby inducing conflicts of expectations. These conflicts can endanger employees’ psychosocial health resources. Against the background of an action-research project, the design concept of organizational mindfulness is introduced that aims at resolving these conflicts sensible to the regeneration of employees’ health resources. At establishment level, voice in respect to conflicts of expectations is regarded as a core driver of organizational mindfulness.
