Abstract: Central question of this contribution is, to what extent material and institutional rights, which are associated with the general orientation of a normal work contract are also valid for different forms of atypical employment. Therefore the dimensions income, social security rights and co-determination rights are outlined for solo-self-employment, marginal employment and services of contract.
