Abstract: Measures to reconcile work and family responsibilities are considered an important tool of modern human resources policy. But to what extent do family friendly policies achieve the inclusion of men as fathers today, and which challenges are associated with this claim? This article starts from the mixed-method analysis of nine family-friendly administrations and companies in Switzerland.
