Abstract: Improving the jobs (work redesign) by the job holders means problem solving which – in gainful employment – usually requires social cooperation. Cooperative identification and implementation of possible improvements in the work procedure may be organized in a temporary small group procedure. The participants are exchanging their different perspectives and experiences and are testing them practically. Problem solving, exchanging and testing of perspectives and experiences are aspects of learning on the job, which increase in importance with interlinked computerization.
