CES Technical Notes Series from Center for Economic Studies, U.S. Census Bureau
Abstract:
The first phase of this project involved matching Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) data with Census LRD data. Data also came from ERS but, since these data are based on a population of plants drawn from the FSIS data, the process of matching FSIS to Census data also matched ERS data to Census data.
