Abstract: Der Beitrag konzentriert sich auf die Schwierigkeiten beim Aufbau einer Start-up-Kultur in Deutschland in der frühen Phase. Wenn keine Start-ups gegründet werden oder niemand da ist, der als erstes finanziert, wird es auch keine Wachstums- oder Later-Stage-Phase von Start-ups geben können, mögen diese noch so sehr vom Staat unterstützt werden.
