Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine some business responses towards the Covid-19 pandemic specifically through an ethical lens. It also aims at giving recommendations to businesses in respecting the role they play in these critical times by addressing the pandemic and the results thereof. What are the right decisions for businesses in these times? What ethical implications need to be well thought out before acting? What is the perspective of the law with regards to Corporate Social Responsibility challenges?
