Pedagogical management: A review of research from the 2020-2024 period

Abstract: Educational management is presented as a strategic axis to ensure quality in teaching-learning processes, particularly within the context of the crisis experienced between 2020 and 2024. This article aims to conduct a comprehensive review of the literature on pedagogical management, leadership, administrative management, and community management, identifying patterns, challenges, and opportunities in these areas. The methodology employed consisted of a qualitative review with a documentary design, analyzing 32 articles selected through rigorous inclusion criteria from databases such as Dialnet, Eric Plus, and Scielo. The results show that pedagogical management stands out for its focus on continuous teacher training and the use of evaluation tools, although it faces limitations due to a lack of systematicity. Leadership is recognized as a transformative driver but is hindered by administrative overload. Regarding administrative management, challenges were identified in the efficient allocation of resources, while community management demonstrated significant progress in integrating families and schools despite regulatory barriers. This research highlights the need for integral and adaptive approaches to educational management, underscoring its role in building inclusive and sustainable models.
