Abstract:
The study analyzed methodological strategies to strengthen pedagogical accompaniment to families and their impact on the academic and emotional performance of students in the second year of Basic Education in a rural context in Shushufindi, Ecuador. The methodology was qualitative, with an interpretive-descriptive approach, using participant observation and semi-structured interviews to collect data. The results showed that current strategies have structural limitations and that family participation positively influences student development, although it is restricted by factors such as lack of time and disconnection from school activities. Based on this, innovative methodological strategies were designed that strengthen communication and the family-school bond, promoting sustainable integral development.
