Abstract: Für die Planung der Instandhaltungsbudgets sind grundsätzlich drei Modelle in Benutzung. Die Fortschreibung von Erfahrungswerten, die statische Berechnungsmethode auf der Basis von Prozentanteilen des Neubauwertes sowie die systematische Begehung von Beständen. Welche Erkenntnisse aus der Nutzungsdauer gezogen werden können, wird in dem Beitrag vorgestellt.
