Abstract:
The article concentrates on the analysis of the results of a research performed in performance management domain applied within notary offices from Romania. The results of the most relevant sections of the research:the level of understanding and knowledge of Balanced Scorecard concept by notaries’ public from Romania, main arguments for notaries’ public from Romania that desire to implement Balanced Scorecards within notary offices, as well as the success factors that facilitate implementing and using Balanced Scorecard concept within notary offices, involved both a graphical representation, as well as an interpretation from the point of view of integrating the notary services in the problematic of public services management. In the final part of the paper, we formulated a series of proposals for the decision factors from Romanian notary system in order to increase the performances of this domain on medium and long term.
