Abstract: The concept of Information Society is very large, covering virtually all sectors of the government program. The basic aim is to create a society that includes access to all citizens, increasing the usability of information society services, reforming the government operational models and operational efficiency through appropriate use of information and communication technologies, increasing the competitiveness of the environment that business through advanced use of ITC. The set of national objectives and priorities are based on current needs and realities of Romanian society, while being consistent with the requirements of European, accompanied by funding mechanisms and cooperation mechanisms.
