The planning of a network company activity

Abstract:
Managerial dashboard is a system of performance indicators, which directs the attention of scientists on a particular objective or economic process. It is used in order to attain the objectives fixed, i.e. for assessing, monitoring and adjusting the records of the activity of the company. Using managerial dashboard, managers have the opportunity to look at the way which has travelled from the economic process, but what is necessary to achieve the intended purpose. In conclusion, the term of managerial dashboard can be seen as a report of the activities and progress achieved. The digitization of the managerial dashboards is very important because the benefits offered, among them being enumerated: permanent monitoring of the organization of the departments, offering a situation in real time of performances; the ability to identify and correct any errors that may occur during the process; the view of performance indicators, etc. The method used to validate the decisions of the management is a dynamic programming procedure which is aimed the implementation, at the appropriate time, of changes in the organization of the network so that the operation (the activity itself to exploit the commercial company) to maximize financial result throughout the period analyzed.In the continuation of the paper, a case study will be presented on how to plan the activity of a network company using the financial indicators provided by Microsoft Excel.
