Kaskadierende und systemische Risiken als globale Folgen des Ukraine-Kriegs

Abstract: This article analyzes the spectrum of global risk cascades triggered by the Ukraine war and examines the changes in global risk prevention policy that result from it. With the help of the concept of “global systemic risks”, the most important global consequences of the war in Ukraine are described and their propagation pathways and control variables are analyzed. In conclusion, the most important requirements for the UN’s risk management, reconstruction and preparedness policies are identified. Dieser Artikel analysiert das Spektrum der durch den Ukraine-Krieg ausgelösten globalen Risikokaskaden und untersucht, welche Änderungen sich dadurch für die weltweite Risikovorsorgepolitik ergeben. Mit Hilfe des Konzepts „Globaler systemischer Risiken“ werden die wichtigsten globalen Folgen des Kriegs in der Ukraine beschrieben und deren Ausbreitungswege sowie Steuerungsgrößen analysiert. Abschließend werden die wichtigsten Anforderungen an die Risikobewältigungs-, Wiederaufbau- und Vorsorgepolitik der UN herausgearbeitet.
