Abstract:
Applying high-proportion renewable energy impacts the balance and stability of the park's existing energy system. Park-level energy systems have problems such as energy resource-load demand mismatch and insufficient support capacity of energy system elements. This study proposes the energy resource-project mode-load demand chain and flexibility adaptation issue of park-level integrated energy systems to analyze the chain-type relationships and adaptation among critical functional elements of park-level integrated energy projects. The chain-end flexibility assessment model, chain-link coupling coordination model, and chain flexibility adaptation model are developed and applied to three different types of case parks. The results show that Park I and II have better chain-end flexibility and chain-link coupling coordination than Park III. The flexibility adaptation of the three parks is 0.33 (good adaptation), 0.08 (optimal adaptation), and 0.77 (non-adaptation). The adaptation adjustment analysis indicates that the collaborative optimization of flexibility at each chain end is the primary approach for adjusting the chain adaptation. This study provides a systematic approach for analyzing adaptation and identifying mismatches of park-level integrated energy systems. It offers approach support and strategic insights for park-level system planning, construction, and updating and promotes park-level integrated energy development.
