Abstract:
This special issue comprises a series of methodological advancements and applications of partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) in explaining and predicting new retail market and consumer behaviour habits. A total of five articles were carefully reviewed and selected after several rounds of evaluations. The articles primarily focus on topics related to the combination of multi-methods in PLS-SEM, such as importance-performance map analysis, necessary condition analysis, multigroup analysis, and prediction in the retail and services market.
