A predictor-corrector phase-fitted method for y″ = f(x, y)

Abstract:
A predictor-corrector method with algebraic order 4 is developed in this paper. Any stage of the method has phase-lag of order infinite. Numerical results indicate that this new method is much more accurate compared with previous methods of various orders.
