Abstract:
An effective pair potential of indirect interaction between rods piercing through a biomembrane medium is derived for an explanation of the nature of impurity crystallization. The random walk formalism is used and a relation between the rod-rod potential and random walk generating functions are pointed out. The obtained pair potential reveals a dependence on the distance between rods and the polymer chain length.
