Influence of anisotropic crystal field on a ferrimagnetic mixed-spin bilayer system

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 2008, vol. 387, issue 5, 1185-1199

Abstract: Using the exact recursion method, the magnetic properties (magnetizations, phase transition, tricritical point and compensation temperatures) of a ferrimagnetic mixed Ising bilayer system (σ=1/2 and S=1) with single-ion anisotropy are investigated. The influence of the single-ion anisotropy D within the monolayer B and the exchange interactions on the magnetic properties are discussed in detail for the coordination number q=4.
