Abstract:
Leadership studies is a diverse, mysterious, and contested space that has dramatically grown in interest and offerings. This chapter reviews this history, identifies trends over time, and explores emergent themes with suggestions about effectively integrating curricular and co-curricular initiatives to best prepare learners for the leadership challenges of today and tomorrow.
