The Higher Education in Greece: Measuring the Benefits and Costs

Abstract: This study presents the higher education system in Greece and illuminates the range of problems associated with the determination of benefits and costs of higher education. Specifically, it seeks to identify and examine the economic and social benefits and costs associated with higher education with particular reference to the Greek case.
