Abstract: Il seguente articolo opera una messa a confronto delle prestazioni, del contributo economico e delle componenti strutturali dell?industria alimentare nei Paesi europei partecipanti al progetto Food-ECVET. Vengono inoltre rilevati e messi in luce i punti di forza, le debolezze, le opportunit? e le sfide emergenti, nel contesto della realizzazione di un sistema integrato di crediti ECVET relativo alla formazione professionale dei lavoratori del comparto.
