Dallas Fed Economics from Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Abstract: Compared with the usual ex-food-and-energy measure, the Dallas Fed’s Trimmed Mean PCE inflation rate sends a clearer, more reliable signal about whether cyclical inflation pressures are building.
